About the role
Niboo is looking for a motivated Business Analyst Trainee to join our ERP practice. This is a hands-on learning role designed for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to build deep expertise in Odoo and business analysis - fast. You'll work alongside experienced consultants on real client projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and beyond.
What you'll do
Odoo
- Learn Odoo's core modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting)
- Get hands-on with configuration, Odoo Studio, and basic XML/Python to better collaborate with developers
Requirements & Analysis
- Participate in client workshops, write functional specs, and document AS-IS / TO-BE processes under supervision
- Write developer-ready task descriptions and actionable bug tickets with full context
Documentation & Testing
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation (specs, BPMN diagrams, mockups)
- Write test cases, participate in FAT/IAT phases, and follow anomalies through to closure
Day-to-day
- Track your time accurately, write meeting minutes, and manage your own workload across projects with clear communication to both clients and the internal team
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in the Master in Business Analysis at ICHEC-ECAM
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) - both are used daily in client-facing contexts
- Structured thinker with strong written communication skills
- Curious about ERP systems and business process design
- Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive - you take ownership of your tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple concurrent projects
Nice to have
- First exposure to Odoo or another ERP system
- Familiarity with BPMN or process modelling tools
- Basic understanding of XML or Python
