Your Mission: Develop and Retain a Client Portfolio

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the ambassador of our solutions to SMEs in the distribution, industrial & services sectors of the region. Your role includes:

  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: From prospecting to closing, including needs assessment and customized demonstrations of our Odoo solutions (ERP, CRM, e-shop, etc.).
  • Advising Businesses on Digital Transformation: Helping clients optimize workflows, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
  • Negotiating and Securing Sustainable Partnerships: Aligning our solutions with the business goals of your contacts.
  • Post-Sales Support: Assisting with implementation, team training, and ensuring ongoing support.
  • Collaborating with Functional & Technical Teams: Developing high-value, tailored offers for our clients

  • You are passionate about business and technology solutions: 3+ years of experience with Odoo (modules, configuration, use cases) is a major asset to convince and support our clients.

  • You are analytical and results-driven: You can identify client pain points and propose actionable solutions.
  • Your commercial experience (SaaS, software, or B2B services) allows you to negotiate with ease and build strong client relationships.
  • You are mobile and autonomous: Traveling to client sites in Caribbeans and French Guiana is not an issue for you.

  • Salary Range: €35K–€45K, depending on commercial and Odoo ERP experience. All applications will be considered.
  • Flexibility: We welcome candidates based outside Martinique, provided they are willing to relocate to Martinique and travel as required.
